About Hannah
Creating Opportunities. Leaving a Legacy.
Hannah Padgett is a serial entrepreneur, founder, and executive who has spent 15+ years turning bold ideas into enduring companies.
Hannah Padgett is an entrepreneur, founder, and executive with more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience building businesses that solve real-world problems and create lasting impact.
Hannah Padgett has never followed the traditional path of entrepreneurship. She built her first business at thirteen years old, growing a small two-stall barn into an eighteen-stall operation that became the foundation for a lifelong passion for business ownership, leadership, and the equine industry. What began with horses has grown into a portfolio of companies dedicated to solving meaningful problems, strengthening industries, and creating lasting value.
Today, Hannah is the Founder and CEO of Phoenix Accounting, a nationwide accounting and advisory firm serving businesses across the United States. She is also the founder of EquiAssist and Padgett Equine Investments, and the owner of Downs Farrier Service and Twin Lakes Stable. Together, these organizations reflect her commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and helping businesses and industries thrive.
At the core of everything she does is a simple belief: businesses should leave people better than they found them. Whether helping a business owner gain financial confidence, creating new opportunities within the equine industry, or investing in organizations with long-term potential, Hannah is driven by the opportunity to build something that makes a lasting difference.
Philosophy
What I Believe
Conviction over consensus
The best decisions are made with incomplete information and a clear point of view. Waiting for certainty is a strategy for mediocrity.
Execution is the differentiator
Ideas are abundant. The rare thing is the discipline, resilience, and team-building required to turn an idea into a company.
Leadership is a practice
Great leaders are made through deliberate reflection, honest feedback, and the willingness to be wrong in public.
Long-term thinking wins
Short-term optimization is the enemy of enduring value. Every decision should be evaluated against a 10-year horizon.
